Take 3 very good farm eggs (like the type I used to make Lamingtons). Add some salt, freshly ground black pepper and some full cream milk. Give it a good beat around with a wire whisk.

Take a good knob of butter (not oil) and melt it on a pan. Pour in the egg mixture and let the bottom set a bit before scrambling. Repeat this until the scrambled eggs results in a texture that you like.

While making the eggs, slice some 5 grain bread and toast it until it starts to lightly brown. Place some sliced emmental cheese on the hot toast and lay it on a plate. Pour the hot scrambled eggs on the cheese (which in turn is on the toast).

Finally, thinly shred some fresh basil and sprinkle on top.

Very simple but tasty and satisfying meal!
