Tonight’s dinner is a continuation of our eat healthy series. Really simple. Made a stock of celery, garlic, soybeans, daikon and carrot. See my previous post on this stock. Heat up the stock. Then in that stock, add the silken tofu, a couple of sliced portobello mushrooms, bocourti fillet, cracked egg, and the broccolini in that order. Serve with lots of white pepper and cut chilli padi.

Very satisfying. Shame I can’t post smells or taste. Again, no added salt. Fab although I think salmon slices would have gone down better. Next time.
