Made a sandwich for tomorrow. I bought a loaf of freshly baked Wholemeal Walnut Bread from Swiss Bakery on Frankel Avenue. They make all their bread and pastries on the premise and it's really very good. They have a small eatery but I'm not a fan of their cooked food and their coffee is not my cup of tea at all. Yeah, it was a diliberate use of that phrase. However, their breads and especially their wholemeal croissant is fantastic.

These are the steps I took to make this sandwich which I can't wait to eat:

1. Slice the bread

2. Spread Ploughman's Pickle on one side

3. Spread low fat cream cheese on the other side

4. Lay sliced tomato and cucumber

5. Lay roasted bell peppers in olive oil

6. Lay sliced avocado

7. Lay alfalfa sprouts

8. Put it all together

9. Do three star jumps

10. Eat
