Quinoa chicken corn broth with plum tomatos chick peas raisins and fenugreek chicken
OK, my second Quinoa item. You can see my first post here.

This time, the broth was made with chicken breast, corn and an onion. A simple broth but effective in adding flavour to the quinoa. After I cooked the quinoa in the broth, i added boiled chick peas, raisins, chicken and plum tomato. It's good to add the raisin while the quinoa is still very hot as it "plumps" nicely.

The chicken I marinated in wine and fenugreek leaves for a day and just stir fried it before adding into the quinoa dish.

As usual, without salt.
