Salmon, Silken Tofu, Chye Sim and Egg White in Multi Veggie Broth

This worked very well only because the stock was light and very tasty. The rest are just stuff you put into the stock in the following sequence; silken tofu, salmon, egg white and chye sim.

The stock as usual had no salt added. This is what went into the crock pot to slow boil for 4 and a half hours; the bottom bit of a head of broccoli, 3 orange carrots, one big white carrot, two pieces of dried abalone, an onion, a few bulbs of garlic and fresh, unground peppercorns.

And when you add the salmon, the flavour just infuses nicely into the stock to create a real comfort meal which is low in fat and pretty healthy.
