Cumin Grilled Chardonnay Marinated Chicken
From my Feeling Groovy post of yesterday, I didn't finish the glass of Chardonnay so used it to marinate 2 pieces of boneless chicken thigh with fresh cumin. Marinated it overnight and grilled it for lunch today.

After almost 20 hours of Chardonnay marination (no such word, I'm sure) it was fab.

Don't stinge on marinating time – it's worth the wait.
