Fry lots and lots and lots of onion in organic, non-GMO grapeseed oil. Add minced chicken until cooked through, add 4 eggs (I usually discard 3 of the 4 yolks), add chopped assorted veggies. After it’s all cooked through, add pre-cooked, cooled, 5 grain organic rice.

Fantastic. No salt, delicious, healthy.

I make a batch enough for 3 meals, divide them into tupperwares and take them to work. Microwave for lunch. Much better than most hawker centres/coffee shops.
