The salad is pretty simple. Lettuce, cucumber (de-seeded and diced), tomatoes (diced), boiled egg (I discard the yolks), tuna fish in mineral water (drained) and toasted organic pumpkin seeds.

The difference is the dressing.

In a jar, I put in Organic Indian Honey, Garlic Olive Oil, One Egg Yolk (crumbled), English Mustard and a bit of sake. Seal the jar tight and shake, shake, shake, shake, shake until the dressing is emulsified, nice and thick.

Toss and eat.

No salt.
