In Singapore, which knife would you recommend?
Brief is this: needs to be sharp without need for frequent sharpening, can cut through chicken joints and fillet a fish with ease, not a chopper size but like a hefty chef’s knife. Something like the picture below:

Ikea knifes no good lah… was after like a professional grade kind but not sure exactly which brand. Thanks very much though 🙂
