The basic ingredients: Chopped garlic and chilli padi, tau kwa cubed and roughly chopped cabbage.

Stir fry the garlic and chilli padi first until fragrance is released and just before starting to brown. Then add the tau kwa. Next add the cabbage and when almost done dash in some Hua Tiau (Chinese Rice Wine) and black vinegar.
