After my last meeting today which was a media interview, I headed out for Golconda Fort which lies on the Western outskirts of Hyderabad some 11 kms from the centre. You can read more about Golconda Fort here. However, in a nutshell, the beginnings of the fort date to 1143, when the Hindu Kakatiya dynasty ruled the area. Apparently, the name of the fort comes from the Telegu “Golla Konda” which means Shepherd’s Hill.

Here are some pictures from the fort:

A couple presumably on honeymoon and a girl clapping near the entrance of the fort.

Good day today. The meeting and interview went well and also had time for a bit of an unwind.

Tomorrow whole day working. Pray it’ll be a good one. With one of our most important client 🙂
