Organic Tau Kwa with Sesame Dressing

Felt like a snack but a healthy one. This worked.

Unicurd had an offer on organic tau kwa so bought a pack of two from Cold Storage. Sliced each into two and pan fried it with garlic olive oil. After it’s been heated through and browned (as above), remove from pan and drizzle some sesame dressing (I bought mine recently from Tokyo – excellent. But you can equally make your own).

The celery was not necessary at all but the picture would have looked too flat without some other colour and I didn’t have any coriander at home which I would have normally used for aesthetics.

Excellent tea time snack with no guilt 🙂
