My brother in law bought a pasta maker for my sis. Last Sunday, they decided (for the second time after experimenting within the family) to invite a few of us for a pasta lunch.

There’s no pasta better than home made. The texture is more “real” and more “porous” which has the effect of trapping whatever its mixed with better. They made a simple aglio olio but it was absolutely delicious.

It does make a mess of the kitchen though so you can’t be the anal “let’s keep everything clean” sort of person to prepare home made pasta.
